IT System Administrator

The IT System Administrator will provide support and training to local and remote end users, computers, printers, copiers, phones, and other devices. They will administer company systems, servers, networks, service providers, and backup systems to support the operations and management of the company. They will be responsible for exploring, evaluating, developing, building, and delivering solutions to the company and its user community. Candidates need to have very clear written and verbal communication skills and possess the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.

• Windows: Windows 10/11 Pro, Windows Server 2016+, Remote Desktop Services
• Web and Email: Exchange Online (O365), IIS, Apache
• Cloud Computing IAAS: Azure and Office 365 Tenant Administration (Business Premium or E3+)
• Team Collaboration: SharePoint Online (O365), Microsoft Teams, PowerApps, Power Automate, Microsoft Planner
• Endpoint Management:  Intune, Company Portal MDM, Microsoft 365 Defender
• Database: Microsoft SQL Server 2014/2016/2017, Data Transformation Services, minor MySQL
• Network: Peplink SD-WAN, Peplink AP, Cisco SG switches, VLAN, IPsec
• Virtualization: Azure Active Directory, Virtual Machines, Virtual Network Gateway, Network Security Group, Azure SQL, Availability Set
• Backup / DR: Azure Recovery Vault and Site Recovery, Datto Backupify
• Technical Documentation: Word, Visio, Excel
• IP Telephony: RingCentral, Polycom VVX
• Security: ESET EndPoint Protection and Remote Administrator, Windows Defender
