Operations Support Specialist

$17.00-$20.00 per hr

Need It Now Atlanta is looking for a strong Operations Support Specialist to work in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking bright, energetic individuals to work and be an integral part of our Operations. This position will perform a wide variety of clerical duties, including:

• Process orders
• Warehouse Inventory Control
• Assist with local deliveries of documents;
• Ability to operate standard office equipment, including document production, copying and scanning;
• Organize driver paperwork and LTL pickups
• Assist with moving/retrieving physical files;
• Ability to set up virtual meetings, etc.
• Responding to questions on a wide array of technical and operational subjects.
• Actively listening, assessing client needs, researching information, and providing clients with innovative solutions.
• Problem solving and conducting research/special requests through the use of email, telephone, and our internal inquiry system.
• Identifying situations where escalation is warranted and taking the necessary action quickly in a high-risk environment.
• Communicating effectively and delivering work that is detailed and clear.
• Working collaboratively and efficiently with others in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactively educating clients and internal partners on our products and services.
• Supporting business initiatives by developing strong partnerships.
• Handling escalated calls when warranted and resolving client issues by taking appropriate action quickly in a high-risk environment.
• Demonstrating leadership and the ability to be a role model and mentor your peers and subordinates.
• Support other sections within the building, including but not limited to warehouse staff, routing and dispatch, customer service, driver teams, senior leadership and more.
• Go above and beyond basic expectations with the understanding there is a lot of growth potential within Need It Now Atlanta.
• Strong ability in multi-tasking

Candidates should have strong communication and organizational skills, be resourceful and proactive, detailed in their work, possess good judgment, have moderate typing skills and maintain a professional appearance.
