Job Summary & ResponsibilitiesNevro is seeking an IT Support Specialist who will play a key role in IT support for the organization, providing global support of Nevro's IT infrastructure (Desktops, Laptops, Phones, Services, Hosted Services, and Mobile Devices). This position will report directly to the Helpdesk Supervisor.
- Responds to questions/requests with clarity and courtesy from the Jira helpdesk.
- Onboarding new hire process
- Work as a liaison with third-party IT Engineers and consultants to resolve issues with IT services such as QAD, Salesforce, Box.Com, etc.
- Provide support via phone, web, remote desktop, and email to ensure core business continuity.
- Including automation to production systems, specifically Active Directory.
- Uses creativity and innovation to automate and streamline processes and procedures.
- Effectively interfaces with staff at all levels.
- Support end users in different regions as well as AUS, EMAE, and Costa Rica
- Other duties as assigned.

Role Requirements- 3+ Years of experience in Corporate IT support and administration
- Four-year degree or greater preferred
- Experience working with SCCM version 2012 and later.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Willing to consult with clients and provide simple and timely solutions.
- Strong written skills and detailed orientated
- Prioritize day-to-day activities.
- Ability to work across various time zones in multi-cultural environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Windows Desktop Support (Windows 10, 7)
- Proficient with MS Office 365
- Windows Server Support (Windows Server 2016 and later)
- Windows Network Administration (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy)
- Apple Mac Support (JAMF) is a plus.
- Administration of web-based services (Box.com, Office 365, Okta)
- Mobile Device Support (iPhone, iPad, Android)

Target Pay Range
$34.08 - $46.87 The final starting salary offer to the successful candidate will be determined by evaluating several factors, such as education, experience, knowledge, skills, internal equity, alignment with market data, and geography. *Nevro is a multi-state employer, so the target pay range may increase or decrease depending on the city/state.
