Summary
CSRI is a 41 year old firm headquartered in downtown Washington DC and is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician for one of its long-term Government in DC.
Only candidates with the Technical Skills to perform the duties need apply.
Duties:
• Provide first level support for any systems issues or network issues with connectivity.
• Conduct re-imaging of new computers and laptops, unpacking and storing.
• Provide technical expertise related to Microsoft products such as Microsoft Office, Windows operating systems, as well as other related Microsoft applications.
• Handle troubleshoot issues related to agency specific applications and web applications, including installation of software.
• Work with other Government Agencies and other technical teams to coordinate multi-tiered technical support outages, widespread security incidents.
• Review any Information Systems Solutions as directed by the agency
Skills Required:
• 3-5 years of desktop experience in a professional environment
• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
• Attention to detail and organized
• Windows support experience
• Knowledge of computer operating systems and devices
• Ability to work in a Team environment
• Excellent Customer Service skills
Qualifications:
• High school diplomas or equivalent
• IT Desktop support, 3 years minimum
• Experience related to Microsoft products
• Ability to provide excellent customer service

• Job Type: Full-time, Contract 1-4 years, depending upon job performance
• Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
• Monday to Friday schedule
• One (1) work location near downtown Washington, DC
