IT Support Specialist
The IT Support Specialist provides technical assistance to Nuclear Care Partners (NCP) computer users, researches and answers questions or resolves computer problems for NCP employees in person, or via telephone or electronically. Provides support concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems.
Compensation: $19-24 an hour.

Schedule: Full Time, Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm, in-office setting.
- Provides answers to Company users by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding users through corrective steps.
- Improves system performance by identifying problems and recommends changes.
- Assists with the deployment of hardware devices.
- Provides Help Desk functions such as technical/troubleshooting for users, resolves equipment and software issues.
- Assists with ordering, setting-up and maintaining inventory on all IT equipment, i.e. cell/desk phones, tablets, computers, etc.
- Provides or assists with user training on all IT equipment and software as needed.
- New device deployment: PC’s, notebooks, tablets and phones.
- Responsible for or assists with IT asset tracking.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED required. Associates degree or higher in a related area is preferred.
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience preferred.
