IT Support Specialist
70% work from home and 30% in our Southfield, MI office
Summary:
G.R.T. Financial is a dynamic and growing company that assists clients with their debt settlement programs. We are seeking an IT Technician who is largely responsible for providing IT support services and will report to our Chief Technology Officer. We are looking to fill a need to have a highly competent and
highly motivated individual in this role.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Assist the IT team with project support, database maintenance, user administration, status reports, and various administrative duties
· Respond to, track, and document support requests through the ticketing system
· Troubleshoot hardware, software, network related issues and Resolves problems as required and prevents reoccurrence
· Manage document processes and procedures for the IT Department
· Ability to Communicate with technical and non-technical personnel
· You will be responsible to work on PC and user deployment as well as PC repair / hardware upgrades
· AD user / computer management
· Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls for various systems
· Software installation / support and work on Office 365 applications
Required Skills and abilities:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· High level of organization skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
· You must have 1-3 years of experience in PC hardware & software troubleshooting
· 1 year of experience on Windows Server / AD, Windows 10/11 and knowledge of cloud based call center software
· 1-3 years of experience in Office 365 Admin experience
· 1 year of experience in TCP/IP Networking experience
· A comprehensive background check will be performed
Plus:
· Call center experience
· Knowledge of firewall technologies
· Secure data experience (financial/banking/medical)
