Responsibilities:
- Retail sales and product merchandising/organization
- Coordinating and booking grooming appointments
- Supporting owners with the self-serve dog wash process
- Become an expert on the Bubbly Paws brand, services, and products
- Help provide a safe, comfortable environment for dogs and human customers
- Meet and exceed sales goals/plans for your store location
- Involvement with our marketing initiatives, customer outreach, and events
- Support store events (neighborhood markets, community events, and marketing initiatives to bring in new customers)
- Maintaining a clean store
Must Haves:
- Loves working with both humans and dogs
- Trustworthy, has a Strong work ethic, and works well independently
- Enjoys cleaning and working in a clean, safe environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Values the importance of strong customer service – knows that every interaction can make someone’s day
- Works well in a team environment but also independently
- Comfortable communicating with customers and dog owners
- Strong customer service and intrapersonal skills
- Open to feedback and loves to learn

- Weekend and evening availability
