Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
- Set up user accounts and permissions
- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of IT infrastructure
- Respond to user inquiries and provide timely resolution to technical problems
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements
- Document technical procedures and create user guides
- Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software systems
- Experience with desktop support in a Windows environment
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure components such as servers, switches, firewalls, etc.
- Proficiency in using ServiceNow or similar ticketing system
- Basic understanding of network protocols and troubleshooting techniques
- Previous experience in an IT support or help desk role is preferred

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Active Directory: 1 year (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Harrisburg, PA 17101: Relocate before starting work (Required)
