```Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced IT Support professional to join our team. The IT Support role is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Duties: - Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, both remotely and in person - Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices - Install, configure, and maintain software applications and operating systems - Set up and maintain user accounts and permissions - Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network connectivity issues - Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical problems - Document all support activities and resolutions in our ticketing system - Assist with the implementation of IT projects and initiatives Skills: - Strong knowledge of IT support principles and best practices - Proficiency in ServiceNow or similar ticketing system - Experience with Windows Server administration - Familiarity with VPN setup and troubleshooting - Knowledge of remedy or similar incident management software - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users - Solid understanding of networking concepts, including firewalls and TCP/IP protocols - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Experience with SCCM or similar software deployment tools If you are a highly motivated individual with a passion for technology and a desire to provide exceptional IT support, we would love to hear from you.
