With these expansions and future growth comes the need to add highly, talented individuals to our organization.
To support our growth, we are seeking a talented individual to join our IT team in Atlanta, GA, as an IT Specialist II. This position is responsible for managing and troubleshooting IT/Security/ERP applications in office and remote sites. The incoming will report to the Business Service Center (BSC) PI team leader and will be is based in our corporate office in Atlanta, GA.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance on-premiere server and network equipment (Azure, AWS, Circuit, WAN, LAN, and wireless).
- Manage laptops, PC, and IT hardware (video conference equipment, printers, scanners etc.).
- Manage physical security systems (surveillance camera, card badge).
- Manage network and data security systems (DLP, SASE, NAC, and Firewall).
- Maintenance server room HVAC.
- Serve as the first point of contact from phone, email or ticketing system.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot ERP and internal system matters.
- Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues.
- Document incidents, problems and their resolutions in logs and ticketing system.
- Draft technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.
- Provides individual and/or group instruction and training to staff on new or updated technologies.
Experience Requirements / Competencies
- Bachelor's Degree in IT preferred or Bachelor Degree with equivalent IT Experience.
- 3-5+ years of relevant experience in a similar IT position.
- Experience with Azure, Network (Cisco), Fortinet, Windows 10, o365, ERP(SAP) highly preferred.
- Adaptability and agility in working in a multi-cultural professional environment.
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bilingual Spanish, Portuguese or Korean is a plus.
