This position will maintain and improve the company's technical systems by ensuring all employees are provided the technology needed to complete their work assignments and the organization's important files and information remain safe and intact. This role will be in charge of setting up, managing and troubleshooting the technology systems that a business uses to maintain computer and software networks.Duties and Responsibilities

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is constantly required to communicate. The employee frequently is required to use hands or fingers, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls. Frequently required prolonged periods in stationary position at a desk entering text or data into a computer or other machine by means of a traditional keyboard. The employee is occasionally required to move, position self, and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally transport up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include clarity of vision at approximately 20 inches or less (i.e., working with small objects or reading small print), including use of computers, far visual acuity, and peripheral vision. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
Salary Range
$80,000.00 - $95,000.00
However, Innoflight considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills. Employees may be eligible for profit sharing and discretionary bonuses in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. In addition, Innoflight provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, 401K, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).

- Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems
- Implement security measures
- Monitor security certificates and company compliance of requirements
- Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems
- Install and update company software and hardware as needed
- Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating computer items
- Available to work flexible hours and provide emergency response outside of business hours.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information technology, or related field preferred.
- 7 or more years' of experience as an IT support specialist.
- Experience with Microsoft Server 2016+, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, DFS, Hyper-V, VMWare, SCCM, WSUS, endpoint security, revision control systems, and similar tools a plus.
- Knowledge of networking, switches, firewalls.
- Exceptional ability to provide technical support and resolve queries.
- Knowledge of using an issue tracking system.
- In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
- Ability to determine IT needs and train end-users.
- Knowledge of multi-factor authentication.
- Knowledge of logging.
- Knowledge of PBX and VoIP systems.
- Knowledge of encryption.
- Knowledge of Internet safety and good cyber hygiene.
- Advanced knowledge of database maintenance and system security.
- Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in IT support.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.
