DaBella is seeking a full-time IT Specialist to join our team of growing leaders. The successful candidate will provide on-site and remote technical support to end users and execute various internal projects. If you have 2-5 years of experience with direct customer technical support, DaBella would love to bring you on-board.
Our team actively manages customer IT solutions, and we will be requiring this individual to engage in all IT activities ranging from basic windows workstation support to CRM software support.

Status: Full-Time (On-site)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00+ Hourly
Job Requirements:
- Work as part of a team providing end user helpdesk support for multiple locations.
- Perform hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
- Provide an excellent example of customer service.
- Share technical knowledge and help mentor fellow techs/team members wherever possible.
- Provide end users with one-to-one or one-to-many service & support as needed.
- Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures.
- Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience as a IT Administrator/Help Desk Technician
- Experience with Microsoft, Zendesk, Asana, Asset Panda, Zoom, Meraki, Pulseway, Kandji, Konica preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- IT related certifications highly desired, CompTIA, Network +, etc
- Proficiency in customer service and great communication, with the ability to adapt technicality to suit the audience
- Professional work ethic
- Motivated self-starter
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Willingness and ability to travel on a as needed basis
- Ability to multi-task multiple support requests and projects
- Strong personal organization and attention to details
- Strong desire to learn and understand our underlying software/systems/technology
