LHH Technology is a leading is seeking an IT Support Specialist for our client in Eugene, Oregon. They are committed to fostering innovation, advancing technology, and serving the community. As part of their expansion, we are seeking a dedicated IT Specialist to join their team.
Role Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Install, configure, and maintain IT systems including workstations, servers, and network equipment.
Monitor IT systems for security and performance, taking corrective actions when necessary.
Assist in the development and enforcement of IT policies and procedures.
Provide training and guidance to staff on IT best practices and solutions.
Collaborate with the IT team on projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
Stay updated with the latest IT trends, solutions, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Familiarity with common OSs, software applications, and hardware setups.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A team player with a proactive attitude.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $30.00 per hour
