CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST– TECHNOLOGY

This is a great opportunity to become part of the team at this Carlsbad, California-based technology company while working remotely leveraging your excellent detail orientation and thorough work on customer quotes, purchase orders, invoices, and related materials from home.

The ideal candidate will have already demonstrated success as a Customer Support Specialist working with detailed quotes involving technical information and purchases in close coordination with the sales and engineering teams.

Qualified candidates will have at least 3 years of customer-support working closely with the sales team on quotes, purchase orders, and invoicing experience, and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and previous experience specifically in a technology organization (preferred though not required).

Responsibilities

• Efficiently and accurately work with customer quotes working in close coordination with the sales and engineering teams.
• Accurately work on multiple projects at the same time so able to balance a busy workload with exceptional accuracy and follow-up.
• Create and verify the accuracy of quotes, purchase orders, and invoices and proactively communicate within the organization and with outside vendors as required

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in sales or CUSTOMER SUPPORT specifically working with sales quotes, purchase orders, and invoices;
• Strong Microsoft Excel capabilities.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong organizational skills
• Proactive attitude and excellent written and verbal communication skills
• An associate's degree or higher is preferred though not required as relevant work experience working with Excel and technology can meet this qualification, as well.
• Deadline and detail oriented
• This position is 100% remote though the individual must be able to consistently work from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. PACIFIC TIME.
• Candidates must be permanently eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship at any time as none is or will be available.
