Job Overview:

We are seeking an individual to provide IT Integration/Support in our process of building and delivering systems to customers. Circle develops its own software, as well as integrates with other vendors, to deliver eCommerce ERP systems that handle all business aspects of companies selling through websites or channels like Amazon.

The primary role in this position is to work with Circle software, and a variety of other software tools, to build out and support components of our offerings. There is also a smaller component of "classic" IT support for our staff, but this is not the main focus of the position.

Duties:

- Use software tools both in and out of Circle to create. maintain, and support integrations with a wide variety of products

- Use software tools to create/modify Circle software screens to customer specifications.

- Use software tools to format templates for printed forms to customer specifications.ure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.

- Assist Circle developers in the documentation and testing of Circle solutions for customers.

- Assist with the setup and maintenance of IT infrastructure.

- Assist as needed to respond to customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions.

- Provide excellent customer service to all customers and employees.

Requirements:

- Aptitude for technical work - specific experience not needed. One way to verify this is the candidate's ability to use Excel fluently, and more importantly, enjoying the challenge creating an appropriate solution with Excel.

- Good problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
