It Services Administrator

Role Description

This is a Part-Time, on-site role for an IT Services Administrator. The IT Services Administrator will be responsible for aiding in Tier 1 IT support. This includes working in Office 365, supporting laptop/desktop setup, basic IT troubleshooting, organizing all IT tickets, and managing inventory levels.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Office 365, SharePoint, One Drive, and Windows 10 and 11.
• Experience with office equipment management.
• Experience managing IT tickets.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in project management and team collaboration.
• Organizational and time-management skills.

Nice to Haves

• Experience contacting vendors.
• Purchasing IT hardware (printers, copiers, ink, toner, etc.)
• Managing IT contracts.
• Basic Hardware Repairs.
