It Security & Controls Lead

AsIT Security and Controls Lead, you will join the PPG SAP Center of Excellence (CoE) with a dotted line to PPG's IT Security organization. You will be part of Connect PPG transformation program on Security and Controls stream working closely with the Global Process Excellence Lead for Security and Controls. You will also partner with SAP COE Security and Controls stream members and the program System Integrator. The Security and Controls stream will design, build, and test application security design for the program ensuring alignment with corporate security policies. Do you possess expertise in application security design and procedures, demonstrable knowledge of SAP GRC and ability to communicate with global program stakeholders and deliver results under pressure?
Key Responsibilities
• IT Security SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for the program who consults with IT Security team to resolve key security design decisions ensuring alignment with PPG's corporate security policies
• Intermediary role between SAP CoE, Controllership, CAS (PPG's Corporate Audit Services) and external auditors to align on security design
• Coordinate with program process teams to design, build and test application security design and access procedures (including cloud and non-SAP applications)
• Accountable for validation with Controllership of the Rule book and SOD matrix
• Accountable for ensuring validation of custom security and development objects through review of functional and technical specifications
Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or Chemistry with 12+ years of IT or equivalent experience and demonstrate a successful track record in IT or other project(s).
• Broad expertise in SAP GRC and application security design including cloud and non-SAP applications
• Previous project leadership experience.
• Required to travel 1 week per month including international travel which can increase at peak program milestones
• Flexibility in primarily working remotely using virtual means of collaborating with colleagues and managers although encouraged to work at PPG office for 2 days/week if located within reasonable distance.
