ROLE DESCRIPTION
Play a key role in the Solidigm Data & Analytics practice by participating in planning, managing and delivery. Working from Demand Intake into our JIRA operational development workspace. You will be partnering with Solidigm Business Partners to ensure we get clear requirements from Project Initiation to Closure.
Be the primary contact and business liaison on assign Data & Analytics projects. Understand how to translate business needs into a technical delivery team of experts.
Develop strong working relationships with all levels of resources (from SVP to Business Leads), along with project day to day stakeholders.
Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, document current-state, and work with our DMA solution leads to develop future-state data and reporting needs.
Plan and manage multiple parallel projects across multiple business teams and release dates. We use JIRA and Agile Sprints for planning and executing our work.
Organize and administrative tasks for Portfolio resources and work initiatives following our internal Program Management Office (PMO) practices, processes, and templates. Working with other assigned PMO Project Managers for significant IT projects
Maximize resource utilization across initiatives.
Prepare program/project updates and metrics for our DMA Team and Business Partners.
Deal with ambiguity in a complex, dynamic environment
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
7 - 10 years leading program and project delivery for large, cross-functional projects
Certified Scrum Master, ITIL, PMP is a plus. Key understanding of Agile and JIRA is a must.
Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. We use our Smartsheet and own platform to track and report of projects - a expert in Smartsheet is a plus.
Excellent verbal and writing skills for non-technical and technical audiences.
Ability to work effectively and ensure successful completion of team output with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to work in ambiguous situations and across organizational boundaries.
Proficiency in PM methodologies primarily in Agile.
Advanced understanding of SDLC and especially BI and Analytic best practices.
Must be a team player (Raises issues/concerns and seeks meaningful resolution)
Experience with coaching and mentoring less experienced players on the team; must be comfortable with open and timely delivery of feedback for successful project implementations.
Experience with requirement gathering and translating into technical design (e.g., helping organizations define metrics/KPIs)
Experience working and partnering with Power BI Developers and Data Engineers tasks and work output to deliver high-functioning reports and visualizations in tools like Power BI, Snowflake and Data Governance.
Experience working with Hardware, Software and Manufacturing Business & Operations is a definite plus.
Experience managing programs/projects that have utilized cloud/server-less infrastructure and applications to support data interfacing and storage is a plus.
