It Project Manager

Our client is looking for a M365 Application Lead in their Information Technology department located in Williamsville, NY.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute strategies to promote the adoption of Microsoft 365 tools across the organization.
• Ensure seamless integration and interoperability of Microsoft 365 applications.
• Develop and enforce policies related to the use of Microsoft 365 tools to ensure compliance with security and organizational standards.
• Provide training sessions to empower users and enhance their proficiency with the digital workplace tools.
• Collaborate with IT security teams to ensure Microsoft 365 environments are secure and compliant with industry regulations.
• Establish governance frameworks for data, access, and collaboration.
• Explore and implement new features and integrations within the Microsoft 365 suite to improve digital workplace efficiency.
• Stay informed about updates and advancements in Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Understands IT governance and project management methodologies such as ITIL and Agile.
• This position is hybrid and will have an onsite requirement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems.
• Proven experience in Microsoft 365 administration and management.
• Strong understanding of OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint functionality and best practices.
• Experience in developing and implementing governance policies for collaboration platforms.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a cooperative team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated leader with strong customer service, project, and analytical skills.
• Ability to conduct user training sessions and create user-friendly documentation.
• Microsoft certifications in relevant areas a plus (e.g., MS-100, MS-700).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
