Description:

Coordinate with PM regarding review of project actual, variance explanations and forecast submission Consolidate PRJ updates Consolidate estimate regarding financial requests for different project initiatives Participate and occasionally drive Core Team Meeting Create meeting notes for various meetings PPMC updates and maintenance Execute Project Plan updates Upload docs to Share-point, EDRS and / or Shibumi and track approvals Extract financial data for various (e.g. Business) decks Coordinate with Finance and PM for journal entries Partner with PM for various deck updates Help support sourcing process, SOW / PO creation, Contract intake form EDRS routing and follow ups for approval Raise tickets for production issues EGR/GR vendor invoices / contractor hours Assist team for access/time reporting/finance/time related queries.
Implement and evaluate PMO processes ; procedures Monitor ; report metrics on IT programs ; projects Support financial analysis on large projects Maintain PMO best practice tools and documentation

BS in Business or equivalent
3+ years IT project management experience
Familiarity with IT costing and budgeting Familiarity with project management sw

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $68.00 - $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
