Deutsch Family Wine & Spirits seeks an IT Manager of Digital Solutions. This role will contribute to the development, implementation, and management of new marketing platforms and systems to improve our digital ecosystem. This role will translate digital marketing strategic goals into actionable technology project plans and initiatives. This role will ensure successful implementation of our Digital Solutions (e-commerce platforms, CRMs, CDPs, email marketing tools, MAPs and content organizational systems, etc.). This role will be supporting transformation activities, use case development and delivery, vendor evaluations, and application/product roadmap development. Successful candidates will have a passion for the advancement of marketing capabilities and can map marketing and business requirements into technology solutions.

This position will report to the Director of IT- Marketing and Digital and is a remote opportunity. Responsibilities are outlined below. These responsibilities are representative of the key areas of focus but are not limited to the items listed below. This position is remote.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the evaluation of marketing technologies. Tasks will include but not limited to use case development, business process documentation, requirement documentation, feature roadmaps, project implementation plans, and financial analysis of the software.
• Support the preparation and execution of the RFP process for software vendors under evaluation
• Execute the end-to-end implementation of selected digital platforms, and lead the management of other cross-functional technical and business support
• Act as product lead for the DAM, Salsify and Workfront. Experience with content and product data management tools and governance is a plus.
• Provide strategic thinking, leadership and solution development across technologies, including but not limited to: analytics, personalization, customer data platforms, marketing data platforms, testing and optimization, ecommerce, email, and social media management.
• Support the use case development and solutions for AI in the areas of marketing

• Project managing through a full lifecycle, including the ability to prioritize, sequence, execute and deliver projects on time and on budget

• Ensure marketing technology enhancements and deliveries are ‘whole and complete’ by confirming they meet all defined requirements from the business’s perspective.
• Foster a close partnership and collaboration with stakeholders (internal and external) to offer subject matter expertise
• Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies to inspire and enable new models for creative solution development.
• Create an environment where people and technology thrive together to accomplish more than they could apart.

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of equivalent experience in a digital delivery environment handling software evaluation and/or implementation of marketing technology solutions for marketing departments
• Structured thinker, effective communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate with partners across all levels of the organization
• Excellent attention to detail, strong strategic thinking, creative problem solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to develop strategic presentations outlining recommended Digital Solutions for marketing capabilities
• Strong knowledge of marketing principles and the creative development and execution process
• Ability to establish strong cross-functional, collaborative relationships with business and technology partners
• Highly organized with a preference for operational processes and systems and a painstaking attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with large groups of distributed stakeholders and project team members simultaneously; in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with the ability to navigate ambiguity with thoughtful problem-solving.
• Ability to combine curiosity and persistence to unravel seemingly complex problems and get to the root problem or challenge.
