It Program Manager V

Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Program Manager with our client in the financial industry located in Chandler, AZ and Kennesaw, GA. This is a 12 + month contract position.
Responsibilities:
Provide a wide range of financial platforms and services
Facilitate the movement of roughly $693 trillion through the processing of approximately 18.8 billion transactions a year to more than 66 million consumer/small business relationships and 2 million wealth management clients
Create the technology roadmap for the product, defining and prioritizing stories in the product backlog, and articulating this to both stakeholders and the development team
Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, and with the Product Manager in a scaled Agile model, to ensure there is alignment
Develop the role of a Product Owner, possessing a working knowledge of the product, and basic understanding of the business or technology domain
Create the vision and roadmap for the product to align with strategic direction for the business or technology domain
Communicate the product vision and roadmap to stakeholders and the team
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and problems
Create and prioritize work for a team, learning to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Creates and prioritizes stories in the product backlog
Refine stories with the team to ensure there are enough "ready” stories to load the next 1-2 sprints
Review and accept stories and make on-the-spot decisions regarding scope and requirements
Work in partnership with the team to ensure that optimum value is obtained through technology and through an advanced understanding of the business
Build relationship with business product owner and stakeholders
Create the technology roadmap for the product to align with strategic direction for the business or technology domain
Communicate the product vision and roadmap to technology stakeholders and the team
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and problems
Create and prioritize work for a team, learning to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Creates and prioritizes stories in the product backlog
Refine stories with the team to ensure there are enough "ready” stories to load the next 1-2 sprints by documenting technical requirements
Review and accept stories and make on-the-spot decisions regarding technical scope and technical requirements
Work in partnership with the team to ensure that optimum value is obtained through technology and through an advanced understanding of the business
Requirements:
Experience driving multiple projects simultaneously
Merchant services experience
Knowledge of Payments or Financial Services space
Familiarity with various project management tools
Experience delivering large projects with significant impact to multiple lines of business, that may have cross-functional or inter-departmental implications
Ability to gather and document technical requirements
Requires 5-7 years of applicable experience
Strong financial management skills required
Banking or regulatory industry experience
Seasoned technical analyst/project manager with experience in payments or complex solutions
Desired skills:
Agile experience 
Pay Range: $54.54- $62.54
