As Novarad's IT Manager, you will be responsible for the overall planning, organizing, and executing of all IT functions within the company. This includes overseeing server and network activities and planning/ improving services and functionality of the infrastructure as it pertains to business objectives.

What You’ll Do:
- Responsible for all corporate and data security
- Oversee the data center, servers, network functionality, and services that provide the resources used by employees and customers.
- Lead and prioritize the workload of IT Team
- Support and development of the IT Team
- Create and implement companywide IT general controls.
- Participates on all hardware and software evaluations and maintains vendor contracts.
- Review and develop policy and procedures.
- Responsible for troubleshooting, timely outage resolution, and root cause analysis.
- Monitor and maintain integrity, performance, and capacity of systems.
- Maintain compliance with industry standards, participate in and conduct audits, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage and adhere to the department budget.
- Create and present reports on activities, uptime, projects, ROI, compliance, response to outages, training, budget, or others as requested.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You'll Bring:
- Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Administration of modern networking infrastructure (routers, switches etc.)
- Windows network administration
- Ability to effectively lead a team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Programming or a related discipline or equivalent experience
- 6+ years’ management experience in an IT environment
- Experience with data security
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certification (e.g., CEH, CISM, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, GSEC)
- Experience with Cisco, FireSIGHT, and/or Fortinet systems
Working Conditions
- Onsite, with occasional travel possible
- Flexible to work long hours, as required.

- Able to lift 75 lbs.
