IT Manager
Salary to $100K Depending on Experience
Tucson, AZ
The IT Manager is responsible for supervising all aspects of IT services business. This is a hands-on position that requires the manager to lead highly technical and complex projects. This position reports to the Director of Operations and has oversight of the IT technical services staff.
The position is accountable for:
• Discussion of technical and nontechnical aspects of a project with managers, external constituents and others
• Oversee the management of multiple projects concurrently
• Develop strong relationships with clients and other departments
• Serve as an intermediary between Management and Technical Services teams.
• Work closely with team on product research and development
• Oversee implementation and development of projects and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Forecast and prepare reports on financial aspects of future projects.
• Manage a team of engineers to ensure efficiency and completion of projects
• Provide regular individual and team quarterly performance reviews.
• Represent professional services to external audiences through various sales and marketing activities.
• Manage professional service team in respect to milestones, activities and goals.
• Maintain roadmap for Professional Services offerings.
• Provide oversight and direction on development of prospective product offerings
• Collaborate with product and support teams to transfer standardized offerings to general support.
• Manage and resolve issues and contribute to business unit/area development.
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with sales team.
• Aid sales team in selling professional services to clients.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance to sales team.

Educational Requirements:
• Prefer B.S. degree in Programming, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• MS in Information Technology desirable
• 5-10 years’ experience leading teams in a technical environment
Certifications desired:
VCP or higher, CCNA or higher, AWS/Azure Architect
