Netready is a growing Managed IT Services and Cyber Security firm in Los Angeles. We are looking for a remarkable Helpdesk Technician to join our team to work together in accomplishing our goal of building an innovative, world-class IT provider. As a Helpdesk Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, resolving technical issues, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the company's technology infrastructure. You will work closely with other members of the IT team to provide excellent customer service and support to users.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software, hardware, and other technology-related issues
- Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware for users
- Document and track issues in a helpdesk ticketing system
- Collaborate with other IT team members to identify and resolve complex technical issues
- Ensure the company's technology infrastructure is up to date, secure, and running efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service to end-users, including employees, customers, and vendors
- Assist with the implementation of new technology solutions
- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role
- Strong technical skills in software, hardware, and network troubleshooting
- Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology solutions
- Certifications in ITIL, CompTIA A+, or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) are a plus.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
