Network Solutions, Inc. is the leader in sustainable IT services and support. We are looking for a motivated and customer service-oriented IT Help Desk Technician to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills and an aptitude for customer service as well as a keen eye for details and deadlines.
The IT Help Desk Technician will provide remote technical assistance and support to customers of Network Solutions, Inc. The Technician will also field customer inquiries, develop and maintain customer documentation, troubleshoot hardware and software applications, and provide user training and technical guidance.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming inquiries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware

• Track customer interactions, problems, and solutions in Help Desk system

• Troubleshoot network and system issues

• Perform remote fixes when applicable

• Follow up with customers to ensure open issues have been addressed

• Maintain client structures in line with business requirements

• Inform customers when their issues are resolved

• Maintain user accounts, permissions, and access rights

• Draft operational procedures and document customer interaction results

• Document internal processes and protocols

• Offer end-user training and guidance when necessary

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• 1-2 Years of Help Desk or customer service experience

• Comprehensive knowledge of computer hardware and software applications

• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Analytical and able to prioritize work

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Sarlary Range: $40,000 to $50,000 per year
