71 Concepts LLC has an opening beginning in March 2024 for the full-time position of IT Help Desk Support Specialist. 71 Concepts specializes in custom audio video IT design and installation solutions for our commercial and residential client base, serving the North Texas area for over 15 years.

Primary duties include:
- Take preliminary call requests from users and create support tickets.
- Provide remote support to internal customers.
- Gather customer's information/data and determine the fundamental problem.
- Troubleshooting, (researching the symptoms) of the problem.
- Documents steps in determining the underlying problem.
- Hardware and Software Troubleshooting skills.
- Network Troubleshooting
- Escalates to Level 2 technician within time constraints.
- Follows up on resolutions until completion.
- Walk customers through the problem-solving process.
- Follows established departmental standards and procedures.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Works well independently as well as under direct client supervision.
- Understand the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts.
- Ability to work full-time or overtime, if necessary
- Some travel to local areas for training purposes.
Position Requirements:
- 2-4 years working knowledge of the above job responsibilities is required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Working knowledge of MS Office, Word, and Excel
- Experience in A/V support field, responding to customer service-related issues regarding AV system installation, configuration, troubleshooting and repair
- Ability to communicate and multi-task effectively
- Ability to work within a team environment and maintain positive relationships with co-workers.
- Be friendly & respectful towards customers and their property
- Must be able to read and effectively interpret general business documentation
- Valid and current driver’s license with a good driving record
