Help Desk It Support

We are seeking a Help Desk IT Support to join our team! You will resolve computer-related issues for your clients. Work from home 3-4 days a week.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
• Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
• Recommend hardware and software improvements
• Track customer issues and resolutions

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in IT customer service/ helpdesk required
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Microsoft Certifications
• A+ Certifications is a plus
• Network+ Certifications is a huge plus
