Job Description
We are seeking a Help Desk IT Support to join our team! You will resolve computer-related issues for your clients. Work from home 3-4 days a week.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
- Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
- Recommend hardware and software improvements
- Track customer issues and resolutions
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in IT customer service/ helpdesk required
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Microsoft Certifications
- A+ Certifications is a plus
- Network+ Certifications is a huge plus
