Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with hardware, software, and networks, ensuring meticulous documentation of problem symptoms and resolution steps in the helpdesk database.
- Manage the automated processes for setting up and maintaining computer hardware and software.
- Responsible for directing the development and ongoing management of guides and manuals for the utilization of IT systems and software applications.
- Work jointly with the Human Resources department to ensure efficient and prompt handling of requests for creating and terminating user accounts.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of the organization's hardware, software, and other various assets.
- Establish and maintain regular written and in-person communications with the organization executives, department heads and end users regarding pertinent IT activities.
- Supervising and directing the operations of the VOIP Call Center, as well as coordinating the integration and separation of call center agents.
- Possess and apply advanced knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and neural networks, to innovate and enhance IT solutions and strategies.
- Relevant educational background (Associate or Bachelors degree, Certifications).
- Possession of pertinent work experience in the field.
- Proficient in overseeing IT operations within environments subject to stringent regulations.
- Experience in leading teams and working collaboratively with management-level groups.
- Skilled in managing and overseeing the entire range of functionalities within Google Workspace.
- Efficiently and independently acquire new knowledge, adapt to emerging technologies, and stay current with innovative methods.
- Critical thinking, attention to detail, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Detail-focused and adept at operating in a dynamic, rapidly evolving work environment, with strong capabilities in prioritizing tasks and multitasking effectively.
- Capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision and collaboratively with team members from diverse technical backgrounds.
- Possess strong skills in both verbal and written communication.
- Consistently meet deadlines for completing IT operations and project tasks within the set timeframes.
- Knowledgeable in relevant data privacy regulations and legal practices.
- Thorough understanding of HIPAA regulations.
- Exceptionally self-driven and motivated.
