Provide Level 1 support for databases supported.
Handles problems that are complex, unknown and new with confidence.
Multi-tasks by think, type, troubleshoot and talk effectively.
Qualifications:
Two year business/technical degree or equivalent work experience for Jr/Intermediate.
Two years of prior related work experience in a technical support environment with excellent Customer Service Skills.
Must be able to read, write and fluently speak the Spanish language
Demonstrated ability to work individually or within a team environment.
Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to troubleshoot.
Ability to explain technical information to non-technical clients.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to learn new skills and apply the knowledge.
PC desktop, laptop and peripheral hardware configurations.
Windows Family Operating systems (Win7, Win10).
Email and Calendar Systems.
VPN Remote connectivity.
Basic Service Now Help Desk Support.
Customer Service Phone training.
Web based applications
Excellent understanding of Help Desk Operations; including tools (call tracking systems, ACD) processes and methodologies.
Certified in 1 or more of the following is a plus: A+, MCP, Win10

Technical Certification Bonus:
Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.
