Job Description
We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join our IT department with the Help Desk.
Desired Skill Set:
- Help Desk Experience
- Printers, scanners, and copiers.
- Microsoft Office (O365)
- Active Directory
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Can work independently with little supervision
- Strong troubleshooting and resolution skills
Experience:
- Customer support: 1 year (Preferred)
- Windows: 1 year (Preferred)
Full-time position Monday - Friday
