- System Admin experience working in Linux Environment (reducing file sizes, running sudo commands, etc)
- Call Center Experience
- Knowledge of Network Infrastructure, SAN
- Experience with Analytical tools using visual and correlation analysis is a plus
- Contributing to a culture of continous improvement and operational excellence
- Level 2/3 support for IT Operations"
