Essential duties:
- IT or Desktop Support/System Administration
- Maintain essential IT operations through daily IT ticket management
- Manage Employee Lifecycle (on-boarding, off-boarding, role changes) including setting up appropriately into systems per the employee role, and procuring and setting up new employee devices
- Support IT team in administration of users and groups, security permissions, email management and resource monitoring.
- Help maintain internal infrastructure requirements including, laptop and desktop computers, phones, security updates; support internet, intranet, LANs and WANs.
- Interact with the teams and employees to assist in troubleshooting, identify root cause, and provide technical support when needed
- Manage our Managed Service Provider (ATSG)’s ticketing system to make sure the tickets are being resolved.
- Project coordination and technical writing
- Develop and maintain departmental documentation related to IT Support
- Assist users in determining appropriate software solutions to meet needs.
- Perform other duties/projects as assigned.
- Manage our Mobile device deployment tool
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, and high attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and efficiently manage time.
- High value on customer service, seeing our internal employees and their interactions with IT as vital to success! High-touch and responsive to requests.
- Degree in an IT related field or equivalent work experience.
- Fresh graduate or an Intern
- Knowledge of Unix system administration is a plus but not required

This job operates in a professional office setting. This role uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines to perform day to day duties and activities.
