Location: Cincinnati/ Dallas, TX / Milford, Ohio
Duration: Full time
Need resume from IT help desk (troubleshooting, resolving tickets)
Job Description:
- Good to have 0-4 years of experience in the Pharmacy/ Healthcare Benefits administration area and Hands-on computing experience is a must. Familiarity with Mainframe, PL/SQL, .NET, AS400, and Java / open systems-based applications preferred.
- Logical approach to problems /issues resolution, gather facts, takes corrective action, escalate problems at the appropriate stage, and ability to work on own initiative to follow up and resolve issues raised
- Solve highly complex problems (at different levels), involving broad, in-depth product knowledge or in-depth product specialty.
- Collaborate on cross-team and cross-product technical issues by working with resources from other groups to resolve customer issues. Collaborate with Tech Leads and escalation resources, when appropriate
- Document known errors and update SOPs based on continuous learning
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Excellent problem-solving skills and Analytical skills.
- Expertise in Pharmacy/ Healthcare Benefits administration area and familiarity with
- Hands-on experience on Mainframe/ Open systems on various Business Applications
- Good communication skills in English (verbal and written)

Education:
- High School or Associate Degree in business administration, information systems, computing studies, IT or others.
