Job Description
Eastridge Workforce Solutions has partnered with a popular surf apparel company in the search for a part-time Desktop Support Tech totake care of day-to-day IT tasks. In this role, located in Carlsbad, CA, you would be responsible for troubleshooting and laptop setups, for both Windows & Macs, and O365. Interested candidates are encouraged to apply today.
Here's what you can expect:
- About 80 users on-site, will also support virtual users in Boston.
- 50/50 phone/virtual support vs deskside support.
- New user setups, able to ship equipment to remote users.
- Mon to Thurs, 8:30am to 1:30pm schedule, but could expand based on business needs
- Contract assignment with opportunity for extension and permanency depending on performance and business needs.
Here's what you'll need:
- Excellent customer service, sense of urgency, reliable, trusted as sometimes this person may be at the office without the manager being there. Self-starter, and resourceful.
- A+ Certification a plus
- BCSC a plus
- MS Intune administrator experience preferred, Kandj for MDM a plus
