Thermal ID Tech is a rapidly growing conglomerate compromised of several divisions that provide label, packaging, print and application solutions to a wide variety of industries from food and beverage, automotive to agriculture and safety.
We are looking for a positively driven individual to lead our Information Technology (IT) Department with various tasks in a fast-paced environment to provide technical support to all divisional employees and assist with software deployment and maintenance.
An ideal candidate would be able to demonstrate proficiency and comprehensive knowledge with software and applications listed below. The ability to foster a culture of effective relationship building and nurturing among a diverse team through deployment and training of new software implementation is key. Additionally, candidate will need to interpret and communicate information, ideas and instructions clearly, accurately and persuasively both verbally and in writing including materials intended for distribution.
Pay is $20 - $25/hour

Requirements:Responsibilities and duties:
- Set up new equipment and devices; set up and maintain workstations; provide appropriate access to applications, systems, and data
- Provide guidance and explain policies and procedures to IT support staff and end-users
- Analyze, research, and resolve complex end-user and system incidents or issues
- Establish and implement security policies and protocols to our growing IT department
- Review, update, and maintain documentation to ensure internal processes and procedures, workflows, and training manuals are current
- Install, configure, and test installed hardware and software on new or existing devices, in accordance with standard procedures
- Provide training to employees on new devices and technologies
- Communicate and translate technical information to non-technical end users; maintain communication and monitor incident through resolution
- Participate in the maintenance, implementation, troubleshooting, and end-user support for applications, mobile devices, and servers
- Review and evaluate new hardware and software products; recommend the implementation of new products
- Provide service and tech support both internally and externally
- Replace equipment that has reached the end of its warranty or lifecycle
- Create, track, and maintain reports and provide updates to management
- Provide asset Management support
- Knowledge of RFID print technology is a plus
