Intact US seeks IT Customer Service Specialist for North America

Job Description 2nd level software support of the Intact Platform (SaaS Solution)
- Verbal and written customer communication (email, phone, videoconference)
- Problem solving for application and system errors as well as bug documentation and analysis
- Recording, processing, and answering technical customer inquiries, use cases and user stories
Your Background Completed technical education or similar qualification in the IT / software area
- Experience in software support preferred, particularly enterprise software and/or 2nd level support
- Professional experience in the Auditing/Certification sector and/or Intact Platform knowledge is preferred
- Experience with JIRA and confident in Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, German or Spanish language skills a plus
- Works independently in a structured way and have a strong quality awareness
- Enjoy to working in a team across time zones and cultures
- Ability to travel for training in Austria and customer visits as needed (length of stay: approx. 1 month per year). Travel may account for 10% of time.
