Production Operation Hours: ALL LOCATIONS Candidates need to be flexible to work M-Sun during production time to whatever schedule they are put in 7-9:30 PM
The Member Service Contact Center (MSCC) operates Monday – Friday 7:00AM – 9:30 PM and Saturday and Sunday 7:00AM to 9:00PM.
Descriptions:
Must be flexible to work weekends and late shift.
ALL candidates must be flexible to work the MSCC hours of operations. Monday – Friday 7:00AM – 9:00 PM PST.
No time off during first 90 days (training including doctor's appointment)
MSCC assessment required on resume
Training -Remote
Time off after and during holidays is discouraged.
They want someone with call center specific experience, not retail.
The manager is also looking for 2 years of call center/Customer Service experience.
Additional Requirements:
Must pass CSR 1 Assessment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
Must pass knowledge checks while in training. Preferred Work Experience: Health insurance and Call center exp preferred.
Qualifications: -High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required. Min Work Experience and Qualifications
Basic Qualifications: -Minimum two (2) years of Customer Service experience or Client member-interacting experience required.
