Our Customer Service Representative position might be the perfect fit for you. This position is responsible for managing all aspects of the customer support journey.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Answer phones and be the initial point of client contact for all support requests

Enter support and supply requests into our ticketing system

Assign service technicians to support tickets

Communicate with clients status of support requests

Process and track in bound and out bound inventory

Provide stewardship of Muncie facility (i.e. check in visitors, accept deliveries)

Position & physical requirements:

Must be able to climb ladders, push, pull, bend, stoop, crawl, walk, reach, kneel when applicable to the environment.

Ability to lift 50 lbs minimum with occasional lifting of heavier items and to stand for long periods of time.

Clean driving record

Successful background and drug screen

Ability to work independently and complete tasks with limited supervision

Ability to communicate professionally with clients & staff
