Newton Vision Corp is seeking a Recruiting and Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of new Business Development in multiple industries with specific experience with software companies. This is a sales-focused position developing both new client relationships and growing existing clients. This position is 100% remote (Texas-based preferred but not required) with strong growth potential, including total compensation.

The Recruiting and Business Development Manager will have the following responsibilities (including but not limited to):
· Provide service to NVC’s existing clients including developing solutions for new challenges and projects, consult with the client on their talent needs to fulfill the project and how they can leverage NVC’s services to achieve their project goals
· Drive new Business Development by leveraging relationships to start the engagement process with the client and NVC
· Generate, contribute, track, and manage new sales and account plan information
· Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales
· Be able to identify and scope potential opportunities and gather all relevant information to present to the talent acquisition team for delivery
· Lead scoping calls with the client and work with talent acquisition to develop a delivery strategy for the client need
· Document and assist with presenting solutions to customers
· Work with NVC team members to define, prioritize and aid in project implementation
· Prospect potential customers using various direct methods and indirect methods such as networking
· Maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge to have meaningful conversations with prospects
· Report on sales activity to NVC leadership to forecast potential projects and opportunities
· Provide feedback to NVC leadership on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending company offerings
· Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace
· Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity
· Authentically connect with clients and potential clients to drive their loyalty
What You Offer:
· A minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in IT sales and solutions, with experience in both staff augmentation and project-based scenarios
· Experience working with mid and large companies and creating proven sales strategies to accelerate company revenue
· Know-how of selling in variety of industry domains such as Manufacturing, IT, Financial Services and others
· Ability to dive deep into an account to identify opportunities
· Lead scoping calls with the client and work with talent acquisition to develop a delivery strategy for the client need
· Passionate, energetic, optimistic and results driven with deep experience and comfort in cross-collaboration with product, marketing, customer success and engineering/operations organizations
· Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
· Ability to prospect effectively and nurturing new clients into thriving accounts
· A network of potential clients in the IT industry or other verticals is highly desired

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
