WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Business Systems Analyst skills: Deeply understand the customer's business capabilities, processes, needs, user feedback and be able to work with business stakeholders and product owners to synthesize all of that into a prioritized set of user-centric functional and technical requirements.
  • Requirements Gathering: Gather, analyze, and document solution requirements. Facilitate user story creation and backlog grooming in an agile delivery environment.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data and documents from enterprise applications to support knowledge management needs
  • Project Delivery: Own story epics within technical delivery, user story generation, confirmation of acceptance criteria and required sign-offs. Experience working in SCRUM / Agile
  • Device Management: Help evaluate mobile support tickets
  • Financial Analysis: Review mobile bill plans and identify areas of cost savings.

  • Your experience:
    • Experience working as a BSA in an IT environment providing customer and stakeholder engagement in a product/service context
    • Ability to lead while executing on multiple projects
    • Business requirement elicitation techniques, options prioritization and analysis, translation to technical functional and non-functional requirements, solution design, test planning, change management, vendor management
    • Ability to provide process development and improvement
    • Knowledge of asset management lifecycle
    • Ability to lead in an ambiguous environment
    • Ability to couple technology expertise with deep understanding of business requirements to design and deploy highly reliable, scalable, and sustainable technology solutions
    • Demonstrates working knowledge of all facets of systems development lifecycle and IT operations
    • Working knowledge of Jira
    • Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills, including the ability to communicate to multiple levels of the organization and with non-technical partners to derive technical requirements and priorities.
    • Super communicator

WHAT WE OFFER:

  • Competitive salary with opportunities for additional incentives. Salary range for this role is $110,000-$150,000 per year, dependent on experience. We review compensation annually to make sure what we offer is fair and in line with the market.

LOCATION:

This role can be remote, but we are prioritizing Washington state-based candidates who could have occasional on-site presence at our client's location in Seattle, WA. Please note that while Kalles Group is expanding our presence, we currently can only hire in the following states: AZ, CA, GA, IL, MD, MI, MN, NC, OH, OR, WA. We are happy to speak with candidates in any state if they have their own business entity.
