POSITION OVERVIEW
The IT Application Support Analyst is responsible for supporting the Applications team with maintenance of the organization’s software applications and ensuring that applications are available, reliable and performing at an optimal level. This role will be involved in tasks such as troubleshooting technical issues, reviewing and analyzing data, and performing routine maintenance tasks.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute quality improvement testing and activities.
- Create reports documenting errors and opportunities for fixing.
- Evaluates outcomes of quality inspections and proposes corrective measure.
- Outlines quality assurance procedures
- Help desk support.
- Processing Cancelled files.
- Global Org application clean-up – MDM management
- Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND/OR WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, etc. preferred, not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Advanced Excel knowledge.
- Effective and professional communication, both written and oral.
- Demonstrated ability in organization and sharp, meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to identify and communicate trends and issues.
- Ability to work as a member of a team or independently with minimal supervision as needed.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to perform the essential job functions consistently, safely, and successfully in accordance with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance in accordance with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone.
