Our client is looking for a Application Support Analyst that can troubleshoot applications and SQL Databases. This is a contract to hire resource. This role is a hybrid role in Houston TX (preferred) but can be in ATL Ga.

managers with best-in-class solutions to digitize what happens during construction through our Epilogue
construction management technology suite. Our solutions include mobile data capture, web-based
document management, and distilling raw data into actionable information through industry focused

Responsibilities
• Study program specifications to gain deeper understanding of performance expectations and
requirements
• Monitor and research solutions to performance issues or anomalies with the use of systems
logs, SQL and other tools
• Monitor, update and maintain the our clients Help Desk ticketing system through information
gathering from users about reported issues
• Provide customer facing communication to define best practices in the use and design of our clients
Technology Solutions
• Build positive professional relationships with our user community through proactive
communication
• Participate in web based training of internal and external users
• Regularly provide updates on progress and time estimations of reported issues to support
movement towards resolution
• Participate in QC and Post Deployment testing and report findings
• Document resolutions for future troubleshooting and reference documents
• Complete assigned tasks completely, correctly, and within reasonable time expectations
• Participate in after hour support schedule rotation
• Occasional travel (< 10%) to assist in on-site training on the use of Our clients Solutions
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, or demonstration of comparable professional
experience
• 2+ years of experience with Excel demonstrating a high level of proficiency with formulas, data
sources, and conditional logic.
• Critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Demonstrated acumen to quickly learn and adopt new technologies
• Demonstrated proficiency with SQL queries against enterprise relational databases
• High proficiency in office productivity software tools including MS 365
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to occasionally work outside of normal business hours
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers, even in tense situations
• Effectively manage priorities amongst several parallel projects with overlapping deadlines.
• High level of English proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working in a help desk ticketing system such as Freshdesk or similar
• Experience working with SharePoint Online
• Experience working in a task management system such as JIRA or similar
• Experience working in a front-line customer support role
