TOP THINGS:
- 5+ years experience with Oracle OS and change control
- 3+ years experience with providing Operational Support
- 4+ years experience in IT concepts, tools ; methodologies
Functional administration of EMS OSM TOTL applications with focus on data flows between core apps residing on servers
- 3+ years experience with Oracle OS and change control
- 2+ years experience with providing Operational Support
- 2+ years experience in IT concepts, tools ; methodologies
- Strong Relational Database management skills
- Strong at Windows OS environments
- Strong in Communication skills
- Monitor interfaces tied to servers outside of apps
- Coordinate production monitoring with Operations Center and other development and support teams
- Experience with Perl scripting as needed for resolution
- SQL, Sql*Plus and PL/SQL skills
- Comply with Client’s practices and procedures for security, SOX, adhering to general company standards
- Meet or exceed departmental metrics for problem response/resolution timeframes
- BS in CS or Engineering, or equivalent
- Configuration/execution of batch jobs, scripts, etc
The hourly rate for this position is between $58.00 - $64.00 per hour.
