About the role
We are looking for an Enterprise Applications Analyst with a diverse set of skillsets to facilitate and contribute to the successful completion of technology projects that span across all Enterprise Applications, which include ERP, Web, and apps, while working with multiple internal and external partners and stakeholders. This role will also prioritize and be responsible for managing and coordinating support around technical and process-oriented issues.
Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated self-starter with strong project management ability, a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, analytical problem-solving skills, and a friendly, team-oriented approach to provide a high level of customer service to all internal and external users.
What you can do for us:
· Facilitates and contributes to developing project plans and designs of new IT systems and existing enhancements.
· Collaborates with internal and external teams to identify and troubleshoot problems and work through them to provide solutions.
· Provide technical and/or task or project leadership as needed.
· Management of projects and ongoing operations to budget.
· Work to improve the stability and security of company systems.
· Identifying opportunities to improve systems based on performance and user feedback.
· Strong documentation for project requirements, QA test plans, user guides, and knowledge base articles.
Qualifications
· A degree in computer science, MIS, or related qualification or experience.
· Two years’ work experience as an e-commerce website manager
· Strong attention to detail
· An analytical mind with excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box when necessary.
· Excellent communication and organizational skills
· Fantastic time management skills with the ability to multi-task

· Ability to work in open environment with fluctuating temperatures and standard lighting.
· Ability to work on computer and mobile phone for multiple hours; with frequent interruptions.
· Required to use stairwells to attend meetings and engage with employees on multiple floors throughout building.

Compensation
Starting base pay: $80,000 – $90,000 annual salary. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
