It Administrator

NRG is looking for an individual to join our client's in-house IT Dept.  This person must be hands-on and possess excellent communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

·       Help desk tasks supporting both local and remote users.

·       Setup of PC’s, printers, routers, and other peripherals.

·       Occasional regional travel will be necessary – Long Island, Bronx, Newark NJ. -no overnight

·       Some acquaintances with programming languages (C+, Basic, etc.)

·       Basic Computer/Laptop troubleshooting.

·       Basic Networking knowledge

·       IP Phone management

Qualifications:

·       Experience with MS Windows 10/11, MS Server 2012 – 2019, Active Directory

·       Basic MS Office 365 applications: (Outlook, word, excel)

·       Must have reliable transportation
