Iso & Compliance Coordinator

The ISO & Compliance Coordinator will ensure the products created by Skyline meet ISO & Compliance standards and the customers' expectations.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Creates, catalogs, and maintains all documentation required for ISO accreditation.
- Trains personnel in the requirements of ISO.
- Maintain and keep up-to-date training, audit, complaints and Risk modules.
- Establishes and maintains record keeping system for ISO accreditation.
- Advises department heads/managers on the status of any non-conformities, issues, or updates
to requirements to meet compliance standards.
- Assist management in all audits, internal and third party.
- Provide timely communication to heads/management on action items.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including duties not aligned with the department.

Required Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Proactive, strategic and detail-oriented approaches with a strong commitment to
quality, efficiency and effectiveness
- Ability to collaborate with others and work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to work independently & without specific direction
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least three years of related experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Employment is contingent on completing pre-hire screening (E-Verify, Criminal Background Check, Drug Screening (urine and 90-day lookback hair test), and fingerprints. Lab Technician positions are designated as “safety-sensitive” under Arizona Drug Testing Statues.
