Description
Quail West is currently looking for a full-time, HOA Coordinator to join our team! We are seeking a friendly and detail-orientated individual that is looking to learn from the best and develop in their role.

Specific Job Duties Include

• Assists HOA Director in developing the operating budget for HOA and monitors expenditures.
• Assists with creating and overseeing community projects.
• Assists with the organization of Committee and Subcommitee meetings of the Association.
• Receive and track all ARC submittals, process ARC application payments, attend meetings, draft agendas and minutes and send follow-up response letters to the homeowners.
• Communicate with managers regarding the status of ARC Applications with a minimum of weekly contact.
• Monitor HOA compliance throughout the community.
• Other duties as assigned.

Compensation:
This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Compensation is commensurate based on experience and ranges from $27 - 29/hr.

Requirements
Education and Experience:

• CAM license preferred (or willingness to obtain CAM certification)
• Minimum requirement is a high school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent people skills, team building skills and conflict management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Must be detail oriented, organized, multi-task oriented and possess excellent communication skills.
• Exhibit professionalism and expressed interest of improvement through enhanced developmental skills and exhibit leadership qualities through own self-actions.
• Maintain a pleasant and outgoing personality and must not possess any extreme personal appearance characteristics as judged by a conservative membership base.
• Serve as a role model and set a positive example for the entire staff in all aspects of business and personnel management.
• Must be compliant with and actively support a drug free workplace.
• Comply with all rules and regulations as stated whether verbal or written.
• Deal effectively with all internal/external customers, while never compromising the privacy of any party.

Salary Description
$27 - 29/hour
