Irrigation Technician

Centennial Property Maintenance is a property maintenance company looking for a reliable and experienced full-time Irrigation Technician Manager to provide irrigation services to residential and commercial properties in the Littleton, Centennial, Highlands Ranch, and Lone Tree areas.

Job Requirements:

• · Experience in irrigation required & Certified Irrigation Technician (CIT) preferred.
• · Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• · Valid Driver’s License & working cell phone.
• · Reliable transportation to and from work and ability to report to starting location.
• · Criminal background check will be administered.
• · Legal documentation to verify employment eligibility.
• · Must be available to work weekdays and some weekends (unpredictable weather).
• · Punctuality by reporting to work and scheduled job site on time.
• · Physically able to handle workload of job - Full range of mobility in upper and lower body.
• · Able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance.

Skill Sets & Responsibilities:

• · Thoroughly understands all aspects of irrigation systems as stated.
• · Able to safely operate company tools and equipment: Trenchers, pullers, trucks, tampers, etc.
• · Able to perform all daily preventative maintenance (PM) on company equipment.
• · Able to keep standard inventory and replace all irrigation materials and equipment as needed.
• · Able to read irrigation plans, drawings, lay out job site, & communicate with suppliers.
• · Has leadership capability and demeanor to effectively manage and direct a crew of 1 or 2.
• · Able to complete and process all necessary job paperwork requirements.
• · Able to operate irrigation GPS locator system for controllers, valves, heads, rotors, etc.
• · Able and willing to learn business management software in the office and on handheld systems.
• · Motivated with a strong work ethic who ensures jobs are kept on schedule and on budget.
• · Dependable, focused, and can work effectively in a team environment.
• · Able to maintain professional demeanor and interact with clients and potential customers in a professional, courteous, and competent manner on a daily basis.
• · Have a willingness to go above and beyond and ensure company standards are met.

Salary & Benefits:

$35.00 to $45.00 per hour which includes targeted performance bonuses and incentives.
