Iron Worker

Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced & Entry-level Ironworkers to join our team. As an Ironworker, you will be responsible for constructing and installing structural iron and steel components. This is a physically demanding role that requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work at heights.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
- Measure, cut, and shape steel components using hand tools, power tools, and machinery
- Erect and install structural steel frames, beams, columns, and other components
- Use forklifts to lift and position heavy steel materials
- Perform inspections to ensure the quality and integrity of the installed components
- Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times

Experience:
- Previous experience as an Ironworker or in a similar role a plus
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and machinery
- Knowledge of blueprint reading and interpreting construction drawings
- Ability to operate a skid steer a plus
- Ability to operate forklifts safely
- Ability to operate on a scissor lift at heights

- Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus and will reflect in your hourly rate

If you're motivated and capable you can make a lot of money. Our crews typically work 60 hours a week.

This is a 100% remote job. Typical schedule is out in the field for 3 weeks and off for 1 week. The project will dictate the schedule. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to get started in construction and has a drive to progress in a career.

Hotels are paid for with two and rarely three workers per room (separate beds). We do not place you in cheap hotels and often provide hotel rooms with kitchens when available. Since you will be working out of town your meals are supplemented with a daily "per diem" of $35. That's an additional $245 per week when out of town for 7 days. Per Diem is exempt from tax.
